Hennie van de Lande

Painting is important to Hennie. It helps her express her feelings independently. It gives her energy and feels liberating. Hennie starts painting without a plan and stops thinking, in an almost meditative state.

Her quote is: “It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what YOU see.”

She doesn’t find what she has painted important, but rather what the viewer feels or recognizes for themselves.

Hennie sells her paintings all over the world.
