Simone creates layered and dynamic art where lines, stitching, and textures leave traces and open up new connections. She finds her inspiration in nature and in the encounters she has while traveling through Africa, Asia, and South America. Every route and every choice she made along the way lives on in her work.

Her studio is a vibrant place full of colors and materials where ideas emerge spontaneously. She intuitively combines leather, Corten steel, and pigments into surprising mixed media works, each a unique expression of her creative journey of discovery.
